PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy is applicable to the Foamageddon app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Beastie Boy Productions Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad-Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".
1. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and use the Application. While registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory, the Application uses Google Play Services to manage your gaming identity.
Specific Data Types Collected:
To ensure the Application functions correctly, including saving your game and processing purchases, we collect and process the following specific data types:
- Financial Information (Purchase History): If you make purchases within the Application (e.g., unlocking content or items), we collect purchase history and Order IDs. This is used to validate your receipts with Google Play and unlock your inventory. We do not process or store your credit card or payment details; these are handled entirely by Google Play.
- Game Progress and Inventory: We collect data regarding your game progress, levels completed, and inventory items. This is linked to your account to allow for Cloud Saves and gameplay continuity.
- Player IDs: We collect your unique Player ID (assigned by Google Play Games Services) to manage your global leaderboard rankings and achievement progress.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application collects certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
- Device Identifiers: The type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system, and unique device identifiers including the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and Instance IDs.
- Log Data: Crash logs and Performance Diagnostics to help us identify and fix bugs.
- Network Info: The IP address of your mobile device.
2. Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise (GPS) location. However, it collects Approximate Location derived from your IP address.
- Advertising & Analytics: The Service Provider and third-party partners (such as AdMob) use this approximate location to serve advertisements and analyze the general region of our user base (e.g., country or city level).
3. Third-Party Access and Data Sharing
Only aggregated, anonymized, or necessary functional data is transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in operating the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data.
We share data with the following partners for the purposes of Advertising, Analytics, and Fraud Prevention:
- Google Play Services (App functionality, account management)
- Google AdMob (Advertising provider)
- Google Play Games (Leaderboards, Achievements, Cloud Saves)
4. Children's Privacy and Age Verification
The Service Provider takes children's privacy seriously and complies with COPPA and GDPR requirements.
Upon launching the Application, users are presented with an Age Verification Check.
For Users Under 16:
If a user indicates they are under 16, the Application is configured to serve Non-Personalized Ads only. In this mode, the AdMob SDK may still collect limited data (such as IP address and device identifiers) solely for the purpose of "support for internal operations," which includes frequency capping, fraud prevention, and contextual advertising. We do not use this data to create behavioral profiles for users under 16.
For Users 16 and Over:
Users aged 16 or older are presented with a consent dialog allowing them to opt-in to personalized advertisements. If consent is granted, our advertising partners may use device identifiers and other data to show ads relevant to the user's interests.
5. Opt-Out Rights
You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Additionally, you can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID.
6. Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (such as Game Progress and Purchase History) for as long as you use the Application to ensure you do not lose your content. Automatically Collected information (such as crash logs or ad impressions) is retained for up to 24 months and thereafter may be stored in aggregate.
7. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. All data transmitted between the Application and our servers or third-party services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). However, be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
8. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
